Bought a 2002 Dodge Caravan at Pence. Another repair shop told me they had built the condenser incorrectly and that it would be covered under my warranty. Pence came up with some story about external objects and trajectory angles and that it was not covered under my warranty and I would have to pay almost a grand for them to fix the part. They wouldn't even contact the person from the previous shop that swears it's a misconstructed part! Not happy about this at all :-(

03 Apr 2003 17:0X: I received a group of reports with no comments, no contact info, all rating this dealership "excellent". These reports claimed various numbers/dates of visits, but all were from the same computer IP address. I think someone was trying to stack the deck here....     They will not be posted until someone from this "group" contacts me (email address is on the info page) to let me know that these were not bogus.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, bought there=No, scv_there=yes,
I had a radiator problem and my car was towed there. I have a very good extended warranty on my car and it took them almost two weeks to fix the problem for either one reason or another. Once it was completed they refused to honor the contract but did the work on the car anyway without even mentioning it to me. Never ever go here for service if you want to be treated like a human being.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Got a great deal on my '99 3500 diesel, duallie - Talk to Patrick. Service department has been very easy to deal with, cooperative, and willing to keep working with me on a few problems with the truck. Never made me feel like the bad guy because I came back a few times for a brake pull problem. They deserve their 5-star rating.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,
Very poor customer relations. On most recent visit, the service advisor was talking to a mechanic while I stood and waited, never even saying Hi. I finally had to speak up. They are very rude. The do fix the problem in a timely fashion and are usually done when promised. They don't seem very knowledgeable and you leave wondering if you left it in the right place.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
Sales Staff friendly . Did not play the "Tell ya what I'm gonna do" game. Gave fair trade in for vehicle. Made several courtesy calls to see if all was well AFTER the sale. Have not had an issue with the service dept yet but was introduced to them at the time of sale. I also say they deserve the 5 star rating.
