I work Here so I know our service Dept. is Excellent However I also bought a truck here, and the sales dept. is terrible. I paid for the extended warranty and they didnt even know I had it, I'm supposed to get an employee discount (1,000.00 over their cost) and I got it for retail. I found out after signing the papers. My salesman wouldnt answer any questions I had about the extended warranty or otherwise. The parts dept. is okay if you own a GM although if you own anything else you'll have to wait at least a week before the parts even come in.
RK Chevrolet is NOT the place to go if you want to buy a vehicle or get parts!!! Go there for services only.
