Hi, I'm the assistance service manager at Safford Dodge and if you ever have
a problem with our dealership it will be resolved honestly and to the satisfaction
of you the customer. I can't speak for what happened in some of these other
listings but I can say it wasn't brought to my
Attention. We try to make the best of every situation we face and help each
customer the best that we can. We can't satisfy everyone but we'll try. If there
is something your not sure about let me know and I'll get it resolved in a timely
manner. Thanks for your time and we look forward to handle all you automotive
needs.
The most recent reports are at the top of the list; the oldest are at the bottom.

My husband and I bought an 05 Durango form this dealership a year ago. The sales
dept. was great. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. (Thanks Rob N.).
Took it in for service and first couple of times was ok, then went down hill
from there. We are part of Business Link, but had one Service Manager tell me
that didn't matter in his eyes one day. Took it back in for a scratch that they
put on truck when left for service to have service advisor call and tell me
it needed to stay longer due to another boo boo that they did. He assured me
I wouldn't have to pay for it though.
No Joke!!!!! Went to pick it up after a three day stay took 2 weeks. To start
home and have gas tank fall to ground. Now, no work was there. It was on driver
seat and door. How did my gas tank get attacked.... Anyway, I will continue
to buy form their store only because of the sales dept., but they will never
work on my truck ever again.. All Service employees need to sent back to training....Very
badly....

I've been dealing with Safford Dodge for over 10 years. I've found them to be
honest, competent and reasonable in their repair costs. Whenever I bring my
vehicles in for service or if I'm getting a new truck for my company they always
treat me fair. I highly recommend them to anyone!
It's a great place to shop!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,

I took my 1998 Ram 2500 diesel in for 90K mile service and inspection sticker.
It cost me two batteries and the inspection fee before I could get it out of
there and avoid paying them over $2,000 - idler arm loose, transmission seal
leaking, fuel pump bad, etc. Took it to my regular garage, cost me another $15.00
for the inspection sticker, and I even told them up front what the dealer had
said was wrong, so I didn't "sneak" it buy. Inspection report from
my regular garage -- passed, noting wrong. Even with the two batteries, and
yes one of them was probably weak, they said they put the anti-corrision washers
on the terminals -- not. Made them refund the cost of these on principle. You
are not suppose to say "never", but it will be a very, very, long
time before I go back to them for anything, not even a brochure. I took it to
another dealer (Koons, Tysons, VA, 45 miles further away, good experience) for
the 90K mile service (fuel filter, brakes, trans).

the service department at safford is the most outgoing group of people that
I have dealt with at any dealership. I bought my truck new in 96 and also got
the extended warranty, no matter how small the problem is they have treated
me like I am their most important customer the work is always completed when
promised and done professionally. I cant say enough about how much they care
for their customers. The entire company is a joy to deal with. I won't need
to buy another truck anytime soon. So my next car will be bought there
