I have taken my ram to alcaro twice and was thoroughly disappointed both times. Service people were rude gave conflicting excuses and lead me on repeatedly with un kept promises. My truck sat on their lot for two and a half weeks with no work done on it and no apologies. I would not recommend any self respecting person to set foot any where near their establishment. I wound up having to take my truck 40 minutes away to the next closest dodge dealership.
