Knowingly gave me my truck back with a bad balance and when I returned sent
me to a competitor with a voucher...Told me I had a bad antilock brake sensor
and they couldn't get the part...anywhere in the country for a vehicle only
10 years old...My list of unacceptable services from just two experiences goes
on. The pickup has been a pleasure but since they would have to service it,
I'll look for something else (brand) this Spring.

they where to do service work on the truck I told them to do the rear brakes
and top off all fluids as needed they drained all fluids and refilled with new
,As for the brake job they put both primary shoes on one side and secondarys
on the other made for a great skid. It took a few months I got a refund on the
fluid thing. Oh yeah went in once for a bad scv valve; it stalled on the way
out had to be pushed back in.

We were treated honestly and fairly when we bought the exact vehicle we wanted,
the dealership took care of all the financial arrangements that we needed with
the purchase and made this a very easy experience. We have had 2 occasions to
bring the vehicle back for svc and it was fixed promptly and right the first
time with no inconvenience, and when the work was done it was explained in full.
We are very satisfied customers.

I purchased a 2000 Jeep Cherokee sport 0n July 23. I am very pleased with the
vehicle and the price I paid for it. I have been back now twice for svc and
was very satisfied. They are also open Tuesday and Thursday nights until 8:00
pm. I really enjoyed my experience w/ Brattleboro CJD. I look forward to my
next purchase with them. Thanks a lot!!

What a crappy dealership this place is!! My husband and I went there looking
for a minivan, and after having the guy tell us they couldn't make the numbers
work for us for a new minivan,he was SURE they could get us into a used. Looked
at several, guy said he'd get some #'s together for us and call us on Monday-and
TOTALLY BLEW US OFF!! Never called back. We have great credit, and actually
pay our bills! but this guy decided we were just too much work apparently. This
is not the only bad experience people in this area have had with these louses.
I have since heard nothing good about them. STAY AWAY if you are Joe Homeowner,
however, if you happen to be a Daddy Warbucks, you might have better success.
Take some tissues in with you, cause you're gonna feel 'slimed' when you walk
out of there!!
