was traveling thru vermont truck developed a problem with the cooling fan bearing. dropped in with no appointment--service manager had parts shipped up from boston and had me back on the road next day. OUTSTANDING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! I would rate Foster Motors service dept as 10 star.

Moved to upstate NY from NJ and there is no local Chrysler Dealership. With 69,500 miles the 7 yr 70K extended warranty was about to expire and I wanted some things taken care of. I brought them several TSB's and they performed all without question. I had an intermittent problem with the stereo where the drivers door speaker and tweeter would go out. Of course it didn't fail for them and when I picked it up it did. They immediately brought it back in to the shop where it worked again. They pulled the radio and ordered a replacement. The replacement came in within a day or two and I brought the truck back for them to put it in. This unit was totally dead. They ordered another radio and this one worked, but the door speaker was out! They took the door panel off and found evidence of some moisture in the amp. They ordered a new speaker and offered WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINING FROM ME to have someone come to my home...almost an hour's drive away and install it there. The tech showed up on time, installed the speaker and its fixed. They truly went the extra mile.

One of the 2 dealerships I've had any luck with in New England. If you live anywhere in Vermont, take the trip to Foster Motors. Living in Burlington I drive right past Goss Dodge and head for Middlebury. I'd rather drive 36 miles to Foster than to let Goss Dodge HACK up my truck again.
