Have nothing but good to report. They dealt fairly with me on the purchase of a vehicle. I did not try to low ball them and they did not try to shaft me. The entire paperwork process was completed in approx 1.5 hours and I was on my way in a nice Dodge Dakota Sport. I will be taking my vehicle there for service with the utmost confidence.

They do the bait and switch on numbers to try to confuse the buyers by giving you a low price on the purchase then taking off on the trade after you get a trade in value. Causing payments to change from 1st quote to finale agreement.   18 Feb 2002

Don't even trust them to check the Air in your tires. They may be nice there and might get the job done quickly, but they don't have a clue on how to do the job properly. I have spent many hours fixing problems they caused, and cannot fix themselves. They do lousy body work there also. Stay away from this place, actually stay away from all 5 star dealerships in Burlington, they are all incompetent.
