Months of research to decide on which HD Diesel 2500 pickup I wanted. Decided
on Dodge. Went online to Costco auto buying service, put together a truck that
suited my needs and priced it out. Contacted the 3 of the 4 Internet salesman
that are on the Costco Program. Then drove to Bremerton, Tacoma and Larson Dodge
all of which over the phone said they would honor the Costco sale price I had.
When I got there it was a different story! Bremerton: told me "No way you're
going to get that truck at that price". Tacoma: pawned me off to a salesman
called the Fisherman. Larson: the salesman was more interested in selling me
a 1 ton from the lot and drooling over some chick on a orange Kawasaki sport
bike with her thong & ass hanging out of her micro shorts. At that point,
I had seriously considered flying back to Texas and buying there, where trucks
do cost less. Decided to contact Jim Mattson @ BBC. He was honest and went the
extra mile in honoring and beating the Costco price. All but one issue I had
with the deal was resolved, but he made up for it by throwing in the rear floor
mat(not included)for free. Called BBC's parts dept looking for a set of emblems
and got the I don't know what you're talking about. As for service, Bremerton
Dodge has all but gained my return visits and I have had nothing but good to
say about them.
Overall its my 1st dodge truck and it has performed outstanding.

Sales and Service experience was excellent. This dealership went the extra mile
for me and my wife. Would like to recommend to anyone considering the purchase
of a vehicle. No games played, dealership showed me factory invoice and ask
for a fair price.

called to get a price on a vehicle off of a web site, told the price and asked
why it was so cheap? salesman told me that one of the other salesmen traded
the vehicle in for a durango....blew smoke up my butt about financing and all
that and i did a vehicle report for $14.99 and found out it was a lease vehicle
for 1.5 years and shuttled through two auctions...the last auction sale was
to this dealer! Freaking liars these salesmen are and I wont deal with liars.

A week ago while checking the oil the plastic handle of the measuring stick
broke off. This left the metal measuring stick with no way I could remove it.
I went to BBC Dodge for help. One of their service advisors came out and worked
for at least 20 minutes using a needle nose pliers, going back to the repair
department for other tools. He finally managed to grasp enough of the stick
to retrieve the dipstick. His perseverance and patience is commended. This company
gets my top award!

Everyone we have dealt with in Sales, Parts & Service has been wonderful, attentive
and pleasant to deal with. They give me a free loaner car whenever I have service
work done. They also fixed my license plate which was falling off & I didn't
even have to ask them. We are very pleased with BBC Dodge!

Sales department believes that every customer who trades in a vehicle is getting
rid of it due to problems. Therefore, the attitude is screw the customer to
minimize dealer risk. Unfortunately, I did buy my 2001 Quad Cab from them because
I presold my 93 to a friend.
Regarding the service department, The issue came about while taking delivery
of the Quad Cab and my friend taking possession of the 93. The 93 was always
serviced by BBC per factory recommended intervals. Had final service of driveline
(fluids changes, etc.) done two months before warranty ran out and 20,000 miles
later the rear carrier bearings failed. The Dakota had 73,000 miles on it at
the time and never seen off road or towed a trailer. Brought the issue to Management
and guess what? They told me it was my problem and they are not responsible.
Needless to say, my '01 Quad Cab will never see BBC again.

I purchased a 1998 1500 Ram Quad Cab 4x4. I took it back to them twice for service.
The first time I had them change the oil and filter. When I got it home the
new oil filter was finger tight! The second time they forgot to tighten all
of the lug nuts after a tire rotation! I don't go back there anymore and I recommend
that you don't either. Their carelessness could have cost have cost me hundreds
of dollars or my life.
