Great 5 star dealer. Showed me the invoice right away when I sat down to negotiate.
Showed my wholesale and retail on my trade. It just worked out great....

Purchased a Ram at Bill Pierre, agreed to a price of 28K on the phone, went
in and they tried to charge 42K, thinking I was a ( walk in ) Then they tried
to roll the rebate into the price ( hide the error ) and keep it. They were
VERY worried about customer survey, and tried to tell me not to put anything
bad on it. They then called to check my attitude, when I said I was unhappy,
they did not send survey. Dealer prep was very poor, power steering fluid below
add mark, rear diff fluid a quart down. On a good note, service department has
been outstanding on some minor problems.

I purchased my truck last April from Bill Pierre Dodge in Seattle. When I bought
it, the sales manager agreed to swap my Sport rims/tires off of my '97 with
the rims on the new truck. When I showed up the next day to do this, he told
me that they had wholesaled the truck that morning, and there was nothing he
could do besides getting me "their cost" on new tires/rims at a local tire shop.
Well that turned out to be 200 more than I could have gotten them on my own
at most other shops. A week later, when I was there for a service, guess what
I saw on the used lot....my old truck! When I confronted the sales manager,
he claimed to have no recollection of saying that they had wholesaled the truck.
My second experience with them came yesterday when I called to find out where
my rebate check was. They said that it must have gotten hung up by the farm
Bureau. Well a few phone calls later, I was told by CC that Bill Pierre had
been reimbursed 3 days after the paper work had been sent in...The dealership
of course is stalling, probably trying to figure out some lame a$$ed excuse
as to why they can't give me my rebate check. I'm still waiting to find out
when I will get my money. This dealer has displayed nothing but
the typical underhanded-rip-the-customer-at-all costs tactics that everyone
fears when they walk onto a lot. My purchase experience was just as bad (my
own fault for not getting out of there, though). Sorry for the ranting, but
I thought that just in case there was someone in the Northwest that might be
looking for a new rig, I'd put up the red flag.

I looked at Bill Pierre both for my 98 Ram, and in 95 for my Dakota. I immediately
went home and bathed. It even take great effort to drive by them, and not waste
1/2 an hour giving them a wide berth. When I bought my Ram I looked at every
dealer between Olympia and Lynnwood and they were one of a couple of dealers
who truly ranked below the "Scumsucker" rating on my personal rating system.
