one of the fairest and honest places to do business, tell you what repairs need to be made and do not overcharge, would recommend this dealership to anyone traveling through and would recommend it as a place of purchase.

Last Friday I completely grenaded the 5sp in my beloved truck. Not fun. Had the truck hauled into C&V in Moses Lake WA. The service writer was easily one of the least helpful people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He acted as if he didn't want my business (even though DC would ONLY send me to them), and was very hesitant to give me a loaner to drive. So here I am 180 miles from home and 180 miles from my destination and nothing to drive either direction. To say I pitched a fit would be an major understatement, I got the loaner. Picked up the truck yesterday afternoon, they replaced the transmission, wasn't worth fixing the old one. Again the service writer was rude and seemed as if I was taking him away from something more important. So if at all possible avoid C&V Auto Sales in Moses Lake WA. They are apparently not in the business to make customers happy.
