This place always exceeds my expectations, you are all great!!! I hope the authors of the negative comments posted here
take time to reflect on their experiences and own their roll in poor service.
My last visit was a late afternoon emergency which I thought was going to disrupt my Holiday plans, to my dismay I was on the road in an hour smiling and thankful Dodge of Bellevue is always there.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
On September 23, 2005 I went to the big auto sale @ Auburn Supermall where I was attempting to buy a car. I had talked to a couple of dealerships there but they were not paying attention to what I was requesting after one of these so call discussions where the salesperson was trying to get me to buy something that I did not want at a price I was not willing to pay I came across Han Nyguen (Used Car Manager) of Dodge of Bellevue. He was quite charming and very understanding and helpful. He showed me a 1996 Red Dodge Avenger. The price on the car stated 6999.00 which was more than I stated I wanted to pay for a car. So he stated that did I like the car and we could work on the price if I did. It was a very cute car. It had been detailed very well. He told me that his dealership were into repeat customers and that they stand behind their cars and that this was a great car. I did not want to drive the car due to I did not want to become attached so I called me exhusb and to come and look at the car and give me his opinion. So my ex-husband came down and he drove the car. It sounded great but one thing that I noticed that I really did not take notice of was that the keyless alarm system was not working (Hans noticed it too but quickly changed the subject. He was using the alarm system as a selling point but when he realized that it was not working he quickly changed the subject and stated talking about the car actually being made by Mitsubishi and that it was a dependable car that had been well taken care of) We explained that we were going to be buying another car in December and if everything went well we would be coming back to do business with Dodge of Bellevue. Well needless to say we bought the car. On October 23 the car just would not start. So we assumed that it was the battery so we got a new battery and the car started up after the battery was replaced. On Sept 24 on the way the work the car stopped in the middle of 405 between the Sunset and NE 30th exit at 6:30 in the morning. It just happened that a nice lady helped me push the car to the shoulder of the road and also helped me push the car off of 405 to an Arco station I called my ex husband who came to pick me up and took me to work where I called Han. Well to make a long story short Hans told me that the car was "as is" and it was basically my problem. To say that I was stunned and shocked would be putting it mildly! What happened to the "customer service"?! What happened to the stand behind their cars????!!!! To be honest I did not expect him to say "Okay we will fix it for nothing" but I did expect him to try to be helpful in some way. It is not the big things that make or break a company it is the little things. If he has just said, "Let's see what we can do to get you up and running" it would have made at least the impression that he cared about his customers after he received his commission check! I also talked to a Chris in the service department who was trying to be helpful but by this point the damage had truly been done. The worst part is that Han is the manager so what does that tell you about the management. I will never ever do business with Dodge again and I will definitely discourage anyone that I know not to either. I have been in the customer service field for over 5 years and now I understand how very important it is to a business. This is not a question of my wanting something for nothing but I just wanted common courtesy which I did not get at all. But I still tried to get the situation resolved but again I talked to Han and informed him that the bulk of the car was paid for by credit card and that I wanted to give him the opportunity to resolve this issue before I dispute the charge with the credit card company on the grounds defective merchandise but I was told by Han that he did not have anything to do with this situation anymore and hung up the phone. So I would advise anyone who may be thinking about doing business with Dodge of Bellevue to really seriously rethink it!!!! With customer service they are very far below the bar in the sales department. Avoid like the plague the used car portion of this dealership! To be honest, I do not have any dealing with the new car portion but any company that has a manager like that working for them needs to be evaluated on their standards.But that is my opinion.

Once again you guys have come thru in a pinch. On my way to an appointment when the trans locked into 2ng gear on my 2003 Durango. I stopped in without calling ahead, (the place was very busy as usual) and I was treated great with an answer to my issue within the hour...I wish all service depts were this great! I am in a service related field and I know good service! Why all the negative comments? I have purchased 3 new vehicle over the last 6 years and they always do a great job. Keep up the good work and don't let them get you down...This is the Puget Sound's best Dodge dealer by for sales or service.

I love Dodge of Bellevue. they are the best dealer I have every been to in my 40 years. They never lie to me and always give me great service. I check on them with Chrysler and found that they are the top dealer in their district for CSI and FFV scores for the last six months. I was told that the scores were based on surveys sent to customers. I know if Dodge of Bellevue damaged my truck, they would tell me and fix it.

when asked to check out wandering problem and diesel engine noise service rep had the shop gofer check out the truck. when he was questioned with specific questions about the engine the guy didn't know. how can you tell your customers its normal if you don't know how the engine works. also the alignment was also said to be in specs but no specs given and local alignment shop did alignment with me there. truck was not in specs. service rep was arrogant and liked to talk down to me in the beginning. we have since resolved that issue. do be shy to remind them they are a 5 star dealer. yea right if this is a 5 star dealership i would hate to see another shop

98 Dodge Ram 24V Diesel It took 1 week to troubleshoot a problem with the uplift fuel pump. 2 weeks after, the main ejector pump failed, after another week of troubleshooting, the ejector pump was replaced. The uplift and the ejector pump should have been changed at the same time this should have taken less than 1 hour to troubleshoot. 4 hours to repair.

Felt like I was hog tied and brow beat to buy a car before I left the show room. Being a Real Estate Agent myself, I was ashamed to be in the sales industry. Dealers that practice the trade like this create a bad name for sales people everywhere.

Sales Department was OK. Negotiated on New Years Eve. Price was fair and good value (after I pointed out to them that the mileage was enough to qualify it as a used car under Washington State Law).
Service Department gave the run around and never fixed what we brought the car in for (Spark Knock) even thought there is a service bulletin for same. Had it back several times for this, same run around. Everyone else notices it but the dealer service folks always say "nothing wrong". Worst new vehicle ever owned. Fog lights are always going out. Real problem. Oh, lest I forget, once they tried to blame it on our predominate use of BP and Arco Gasoline and said I should only be using Texaco, Shell or Chevron. Where is that in the owners manual?? (by the way, we switched to their recommended fuel from then on).
In my area (Western Washington), from survey's of friends who have dealt with American car and Truck dealers, Lithia Group dealers seems to be the only one that really looks after their customers. The rest...I'll buy Nissan before I buy from them.

Posted to the TDRoundtable:
I just had a recent dealings with a Dodge of Bellevue in WA. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN! I just recently blew a clutch on my truck a day before thanksgiving. The truck finally made it to the dealership ~5:00pm. No problem. It willl be Friday before we look at it. No problem. Friday 8:30 am "we will have a quick look at it". 10:30 - 11:00 am my wife calls and finally pries it out of the service rep that they were not going to look at it until Monday?! They get read the riot act because I absolutely need it for Thursday to haul my tractor and stuff to Oregon. Lying to me is NOT a good thing. I understand stuff happens, explain that to me in an honest manner and I will understand and make arrangements. But NEVER LIE to ME! After getting my truck, I smell gear lube burning all the way to Oregon and my right side mirror is broken! Well I am thinking my transmission is going to burn up because it is leaking all of the gear lube out. I finally pull into a oil can henrys and have them check it out. After 300 miles it is 1 quart over full. How in the hell does a professional mechanic overfill a manual transmission and then charge me $50 for fluids. I know I have to use the synthetic stuff. But if you fill the manual transmission from the fill plug on the side, you can NEVER over fill it. Also, the transmission is leaking too from various seals. I worked as a mechanic in a private shop for 6 years, the stuff the dealership is trying to pull is criminal. Rotty

After several new Dodge products and too many product issues to list I remain loyal to Dodge only because of the excellent service I receive from Dodge of Bellevue. This last week says it all... After my third repair attempt by my nearest Dodge dealer I took my 1999 ram to Dodge of Bellevue where the problem was quickly identified and repaired all as I waited! Why couldn't my selling dealer do that? Saturday 11/17 brought me back to Dodge of Bellevue to pick up my new 2002 ram 1500, I look forward to a long term relationship with this ram. Why go any place else, dodge of Bellevue is my answer to dealerships.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
After several repair attempts at other local dealers claiming nothing is Wrong, Dodge of Bellevue verified my concern and repaired it on my first visit. This Dealership has treated me better than my selling dealer! I hope some of the negatives I Have read on your site are more unrealistic expectations because Dodge of Bellevue has proven to me and others I know how to repair vehicles and treat customers. Keep up the good work guys..

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
The idiot that complained about the service department moving his seat should realize that there are people that are shorter or taller than him and can not get behind the wheel or reach the pedals without moving the seat and if they did not adjust the seat for there height it would be a safety hazard while driving the vehicle. As far as the complaint about the radio station being changed they should understand that it was changed due to the battery being disconnected or the technician was testing the radio or speakers. As most good dealerships would do as part of the service.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
Recently I bought a Ram 3500 Cummins from Dodge of Bellevue I have received nothing but GOOD response from all of it's employee's. It recently had some problems with power and I just dropped by to see if they could check it out. To my amazement they sent a technician right out to see what was up. Turns out just a faulty sensor which they had in stock! and down the road I went. Again I want to state my deepest thanks to the sales and service at Dodge of Bellevue.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I do not know why you rate this Dealer so poorly. I have had zero problems and I am very happy with the Service and the Sales departments.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Service dept is great, they never give up and always take care of my Vehicle, even other makes I bring to them!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
After several repair attempts by other dealers, the oil consumption and engine ping were finally repaired by the pro's at Bellevue Dodge. The service manager Brad Wolf and advisor Aaron are both great.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Good,
Three times I have been into the Bellevue dealership to "kick tires," mostly while waiting for my truck to finish up in the shop. Each time I have been totally railroaded into purchasing a vehicle. The final time, the sales person insisted that I didn't need or want a truck, but rather an Avenger. Not only did he not listen to what I was interested in, he had the nerve to call me at work to put more pressure on me to buy. I will walk before I purchase a vehicle from this dealership.   As for the service department, that is like an entirely different experience for me. The green team is excellent! I have always received quality service, and have never been disappointed. I will stick with them, regardless of where I purchase my next truck.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor,
I would avoid this dealer if at all possible. The Sales Department lied to me when I purchased my truck. It was also missing the Owners Manual. After waiting a month for it and listening to there bull I felt I would never see it so demanded one out of another truck (since that is what they did to mine). They frowned when I asked and said "why do you need an Owners Manual?" I told them I wanted to read it and they laughed at me. This dealer in spite on their poor customer service just received the 5 Star award from Dodge......... You will most likely have to "crack some skulls" and argue to get service here.....

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
My truck has seen the dealership over 10 times for problem after problem, but yet is seems every problem is "NORMAL".  The paint has been touched up in 8+ spots and sanded down to be repainted again in those spots.  The air conditioner has been replaced twice, there is a coolant smell for the past 6 months when the vehicle is running to not running the smell lingers, and yes I know it is antifreeze.  According to Dodge and the Dodge rep it is the paint burning off the motor. It has 12,000 miles on it.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
I've generally had problems with this dealer. They've tried to do the "it's normal" routine  a couple of times...  They also have a habit of automatically requiring a full day (with 2 week advance reservation) to do any work and about half the time, they have to order something so the average time to fix a problem is 4 weeks with 2 full days spent at the dealer.  I've had a couple of experiences where they have not fixed the problem that they claim to have. REALLY annoying habit of changing the position of your seat and radio station.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
