Bought a Dakota. Gil beat the Idaho thing for me. He worked like hell and probably didn't make much off me, but he pulled it off. Definitely worth the trip. I'll be back, prolly for life.

we have purchased 2 new trucks and one used truck at this dealership and EVERY!!!! time!!! we were treated extremely well, the sales people were professional and very friendly, they knew what they were talking about and never pushy! we told them what we wanted! and they made every! effort to give it to us, today we drove off in yet another truck from Duane Dewees and would HIGHLY!! recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, you will be treated very fairly and with respect.
Just a good place to buy a car or truck, we have 3 times now and would again! Thank you Karmin you were terrific!!! (our sales Person) and really everyone there is really nice!! and this is!!! an honest opinion!!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Ram 3500 CTD was our second new vehicle purchase here. Both times Gill beat the Idaho deal. No Hassles no haggles, just straight up good numbers. Our 2000 Durango had a suspected blown head gasket, Gill arranged a loaner for us for the week (we were flying out of state). It was a bad condenser fixed that day. They had to have a person drive to Auburn to ensure the part would arrive so we could leave. Service people even had to stay late to get it finished. We recommend them.

I highly recommend that you do not to buy a auto from Duane Dewees, due to their poor lack of professionalism and customer service. In other words, they are only out to sale cars and don't give a darn about you after you leave the lot.

Tried to buy a truck from them and they were very difficult to work with. I told them what I wanted and needed our payments at and they told me that was impossible! Went to the next closest dealer and had absolutely no problem!
