Have bought 1 Dakota from this dealer and have my 2nd Dakota serviced there about 8 times/yr. Never, ever had a problem with any department at this dealership.
The Service Mgr, Josh, has been at this place forever and actually cares if you come back and where you get service if you aren't buying from him.
Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the South Seattle/Tacoma area.

After shopping around Washington, Idaho and Oregon I bought my 2004 SRT 10 truck from Topping in Enumclaw.
I got a fair price, delivery on time and answers to my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle there.
Routine maintenance with no issues.

I dealt with Jason at Enumclaw because of another TDR member told me about this dealership. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would recommend this dealership.

I've had good luck with Enumclaw Chrysler & Dodge in Enumclaw. I guess it depends on the type of service needed. Talk to Jason at Enumclaw Chrysler he's a good guy. 03-24-2002

I have had nothing but bad experiences with their service department. If you want to pay $99 for a fuel filter change, you should DEFINITELY go there though!! 03-24-2002

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
I purchased a 1998 1500 Ram Quad Cab 4x4. I took it back to them twice for service. The first time I had them change the oil and filter. When I got it home the new oil filter was finger tight! The second time they forgot to tighten all of the lug nuts after a tire rotation! I don't go back there anymore and I recommend that you don't either. Their carelessness could have cost have cost me hundreds of dollars or my life.
