Bought my '01 2500 CTD from Cyber-Fleet(Frontier linked)/Kim Clark. Excellent
experience. Had the truck serviced at Frontier and several other items addressed
there - talk with the technician in the maintenance bay about my truck often
- he's sharp, knowledgeable, and understanding of what the owner wants. A couple
times I have had to wait, and before I can say "dang it...." I'm given
a certificate for a free oil change ($60 value!). I'm buying my '04.5 3500 4x4
DRW through Butch Wilmes at Dishman Dodge compliments of "www.NWBombers.com"....saving
a substantial amount, but intend to stay in touch with Frontier for all my local
needs. A side note: when I had the '01 serviced for it's 60k scheduled, I took
it to Cummins Northwest but bought the serpentine belt from Frontier - was $20
more expensive at the dealership than it would have been at CNW, just
a heads up.
what an awesome truck it has been! Buying another one!!!!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Extremely helpful, no pressure, open, and respectful of my simply getting a
first look at available options. I am considering a 1500 and when I am ready
to buy I will go there first despite this dealer being far from my home. Go
there, you will be glad you did.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
Very friendly, answered all my questions to MY satisfaction. Very patient with
my questioning of the service that was completed. Dodge could improve the quality
of their trucks, make it easier on the service department who has to pick up
the pieces for Dodges poor quality. Spark plugs that require changing after
30K miles?

Sales=Good, Service=Good,
Sales: Pretty good. I had done my homework online and had an
invoice printout with me. Customer got a good deal because he had researched
the prices. Had to do the usual dickering to get them down to $199 over invoice.
Service: I've only been there twice so far. Once, they did the work
satisfactorily, though I've noticed one thing they didn't do to my satisfaction
and the second time they had over scheduled and didn't get my truck in.
They do rent a car for me if I schedule ahead, so I'm not without wheels...
thought the Sentra doesn't compare to my Ram! I have to reschedule this
last service and they were very apologetic about not getting my work done.

I shopped around online for prices. I checked invoice price on Microsoft carpoint
and Kelly Bluebook. Once I priced out the truck I wanted I contacted several
online buying services for quotes. The first one to respond was autobytell and
they suggested Frontier Dodge. I called Frontier Dodge and spoke with the internet/fleet
sales rep, Terry Shannon 1-800-757-6605, and requested a quote from him. His
quote matched Kelly Bluebook right down to the penny. They charge $57.00 over
invoice, no hidden charges. I also told him that I had the Farm Bureau certificate
($500.00 off)and that was no problem. He ordered the truck and told me it would
be here in about 45 days. 30 days later he called me and said it was there.
I was unable to pick the truck up right away due to an out of country vacation.
Frontier Dodge held the truck for that time and did not charge me any storage
fees. I went to the dealership and picked up my truck as soon as I returned.
It was perfect, 2001 2500 Quad cab SLT diesel auto with the new bronze finish.
I was out of the dealership in about an hour with no hassle. They did try to
sell the extended warranty package but when I said no they did not pressure
me. The price did drop significantly from $2200 to around $1000 dollars so if
you want an extended warranty package, barter with your dealer. Frontier Dodge
is A-OK.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
Excellent dealership. All the sales help were ready to answer questions and
provide assistance. No quibbling, wanted to know what it would take to get me
into the new truck. Had a trade in Ram, gave me a fair value for trade-in. Worked
with me. Only took a couple of hours to be on the road with a new truck. I've
heard (from relatives) that their service department is responsive.
