Was the best sales experience ever! Repeat Dodge buyers, we have had experience
at the other local dealerships. Everyone I has talked to has also been pleased
with their sales experience and final pricing. I wish we had gone with them
before.
The truck suddenly started dying while idling. It is only two weeks after purchase.
But these things do happen. It took them more than a day to accurately diagnose
the problem. This is also alright. They got me into a rental. But I was surprised
that they did not call with their status. I and the rental agency had both assumed
this would be a quick fix because some part had come loose or sensor failed.
You don't expect a major failure that soon after receiving a vehicle. Now I
have to swap rental vehicles before 8AM tomorrow morning, which is another hour
of my time. So the jury is still out on their service department.

They change service people and teams frequently. They don't even have enough
smarts to check the fluids when I bring my truck in for normal service. I have
been very disappointed with this location and would discourage anyone who cares
about their vehicle from going there.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I bought my 1999 1500 QC in Jan. 99. It was my first time buying a new vehicle
and found the sale to be more pleasant than I'd expected. I have brought it
back to them for 3 warranty issues, one of which is the "pinging engine", and
have had no complaints as of yet. I've brought it in for all the recommended
servicing and have been pleased so far. All in all they are better than most.
