At KarMART Chrysler Dodge we believe customer satisfaction is extremely important. It shows in our high scoring factory Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), our Customer Satisfaction Index (service CSI), and our Fixed First Visit score (FFV), all resulting in, and maintaining, our 5-Star rating. As I am sure you are well aware, Chrysler Group's 5-Star requirements have become increasingly harder to achieve and maintain, so it is with great satisfaction that we can still proudly post our 5-Star signage. Only through the hard work of all of our dealership employees can we deliver quality customer satisfaction.
That being said, customer issues do arise from time to time, and this is why
I would also like to leave my contact information. We have customer concern
satisfaction processes in place right now, but if I don't know about it I can't
fix it.
