Great sales department, teamed with a great service department. I have been in 3 times for serviceing and they delievered each and everytime what they said they were going to do. All while getting the job done right the first time and on the time promised. Service prices are kind of high but overall service is impeccable.

I visited them in February, knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesman couldn't find it on the lot, but suggested that we talk to their Internet Sales Manager about ordering one. We returned one week later to place our order. I got exactly what I wanted for $300 over invoice. The bad news was that I had to wait for 7 1/2 weeks for it to arrive. Once it did, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't know if it was the dealer or Dodge, but there wasn't much information passed to me while I was waiting. I ended up calling the dealership at least once a week to find out if it was on the way. Most of the time, they didn't know. I guess that the best things in life are worth waiting for.
My 2003 2500 Quad Cab with it's 5.7L HEMI engine and Auto transmission is a BLAST to drive. This truck handles better than my older Toyota even though it out weighs it by a ton or more. I have only had it for two days, so it's personality has yet to show itself.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, bought there=yes, scv_there=yes,
I have been a customer of this dealership since 1988 when I bought my first new Ram. I had excellent service until I went in to replace my current Ram a 1996 V10 with a new Diesel in October of last year. The worst part is the salesmen had no idea what the tow ratings were, They did not even know what the High output engine was and I wanted a 6-speed transmission. When one was located by my wife and I sort of expressed interest that second price sticker was for $5,899.00 over invoice. They refused to remove it from the price and said they would lose money if they did because of the added junk they put on the truck. I do not want the dealer to put running boards and sprayed bedliners in my trucks because I can get that at cost from my vehicle shop that I own. I had done a lot of deals and those guys were thinking here's a sucker. I ended up not touching that truck and have decided to overhaul my 1996. Larsons service department tried to do the song and dance about, they all do that and I flat out told them to never do that again to me because I had been a vehicle mechanic for over 20 years and ended up doing almost all repairs except the recalls on my 1996. I actually drove for 2 and half hours to get there from nearly the Canadian border. Well lesson learned and never again. You be a sucker to buy from them now. They used to be a excellent source for a Dodge, Not anymore.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid,
The service writers are a JOKE !!!! They will not listen to common sense about a small problem. More than willing to have you spend big $$$ on repairs that they cannot guarantee will solve the problem. Sold me a thermostat housing for $95.00 because(they said it was leaking). My truck never leaked a drop of water in the 6 years that I owned it.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Deal with the fleet dept. Only 100.00 over invoice plus regional advertising. Took 6 weeks from order date to get my truck!! Now that's service.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good,
Bought new 95 Dodge Cummins through Costco program-no hassles or high-pressure salesmen. Everything that went wrong (even a failed differential was replaced under warranty. Service dept very courteous and friendly. They paid for the rental car when the differential went out. I purchased the lifetime oil and filter for around 365 bucks (they don't offer it any more) it has already paid for its self (95000 miles). All in all am happy and would shop there again.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
Had recall maintenance done on my 94 Dodge diesel Ram twice. Excellent service and experience both times!!!

Dealership Rating:
