I have had three Dodge vehicles serviced here for over 15 years. The service could not be better, in my opinion. They are responsive and usually offer alternatives where that is an option. The courtesy driver service is pretty handy for getting me back to work or home. I have bought two vehicle there and the salespeople are very low pressure and treat me well. My son has his car serviced there, too, and likes the fact that they tell him what they are doing, since he is not very mechanical. All in all, a terrific dealership!

I own a Crossfire and I will never take my car anywhere but to Jack Carol Lynnwood Dodge. I started out having problems, just finding out information about my car and the Everett dealership, they were rude and made me feel like I had no right asking questions! So I took a short drive South and talked to the Mike in Warranties. He was wonderful and very helpful. I am very happy with the work they have done on my cute little crossfire. So happy that I took my Son there to buy his 350 Dodge Truck. He is happy also. Thanks guys keep up the good work!!!

I traded in my Suburban (It was a used Roy Robinson Chevy'98 LS - and Roy didn't tell me it was a rental from Canada that had too many prob's to list) to Jack Carrol after sending out my request for a Leather/Black exterior for the price I wanted on the New 2004 Durango. I sent the same e-mail to every Dodge Dealer from Bellingham to Vancouver,WA. Jack Carrol's Internet manager, gave me what I wanted for the price range I could afford. Most other dealers said "good Luck on finding a new 2004 - Loaded/leather for $35k. Needless to say with in 3 days of INTERNET ONLY dealings and a few E-mails. I drove to Lynwood - My New Durango was in the Front with my name in the window - SOLD. I signed the papers, had a DVD installed a few days later and have been a satisfied customer every since. Thank you from a Teacher on a budgeted income who got the Ride I wanted for a price I can afford.

incompetence regarding the diesel fuel system. Their own product and troubleshooting a fuel pressure problem.
It turned out to be a fuse problem detected by myself, the owner. I was charged for replacement of fuel line.
The same symptom occurred days later. I opened the fuse box under the hood and pulled the fuse for fuel pump,
Ouila! no more hard starting starter grinding sessions. Thank you jack carroll !!!!!!

Brought my 1996 van to this service department after the buffoons at Bill Pierre's proved their incompetence. I rate their service dept excellent in spite of our last experience. They have always treated me well and performed the servicing of my van well. I hate dealing with vehicle issues because I feel sales people and service people try to deceive women - it was certainly that way with Bill Pierre. But Lynnwood Dodge explains everything to me and why, lets me decide what needs to be done and in what order and never put pressure on me. The last time we had service, we had new cylinder heads put on. The car ran fine for a couple of days, then made engine noise. Took it in and was told need new engine. I wasn't happy about spending another $5k after $2,500 in repairs just completed. I explained my concern and displeasure. My service rep was to talk to the svc manager about replacing engine for the difference of $2500. Meanwhile, I dealt with a great sales woman (Liz) who tried so hard to help me get a new van. Unfortunately, our numbers were too far apart. Then the service dept. discovered that they had put in a faulty head and didn't need the new engine after all. I'm not sure it's true but they got it working smoothly. The best news is that we traded it in on a new 2003 Grand Caravan and it's back at Bill Pierre. My husband didn't trust Lynnwood thinking they were trying to get us to buy new while holding our 1996 in hock. I disagree and would buy from Lynnwood in a Hollywood minute.

By far the best Dodge Dealer I have been to for Service. The assistant service managers are polite, they listen and will do the very best they can to meet your service needs. The warranty manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. The telephone receptionists are very friendly. They have a Quality assurance technician that will confirm the repairs before picking up the vehicle. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Lynnwood Dodge and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
  I felt like we got a very good deal, however, it was because we had done our homework on the web.  Service center is much better than most.  Very accommodating.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
Can you say "STUPID MECHANICS"? Well, I sure can. The first Problem I encountered was when my back window spontaneously shattered. They replaced it for free, but I asked for it to be installed tinted. Well, they didn't, no biggie, it worked. My next one, which was a doozie. I took my 96 4x4 in for a rattle in the front end. It was actually the transmission linkage. But before they figured that out, they screwed up my steering. When I picked up my truck, the steering wheel was 90* out of alignment. It also bound up when I crossed over center. Next I took it back and when I picked it up the next day, it was still just at bad. I took it back and made the service manager drive it. He couldn't believe it was like that, even though he was the one that checked it out and ok'ed it to go back to me. After that, I was so glad my warranty ran out, so now I have no reason to take it there. All I can see is if anyone is looking to buy a truck, check out all the go! good things that was said about Dave Smith's in Idaho. You will be glad you did. It is well worth the drive over and they will even come and pick you up at the Spokane airport if you decide to fly over.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Bought my 96 1500 4x4 there. Didn't get the best deal but I didn't feel like I was getting ripped either. Other than that their sales people were very courteous and never pushed me on the sale, hard. There service department is second to none. They will do warranty work without complaining and make sure it is done right. If I tell them it is an emergency and I need my truck fixed fast they do it without hesitation. My only complaint is their cleaning service, I was off-roading and my black truck came out of it white from dust. They washed it but only got half the white dust off. LOL

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
We took delivery of our Dodge Ram 4x4 four days ago. We conducted our purchase through the Costco car buying program with Joe Kinsland. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through the Costco Program and our best car buying experience to date. An absolutely hassle free/straight buying experience with none of the negotiation/pressure tactics used by most dealerships/salespeople. Do your research on the web and pay attention to the fact (stated on the www.edmunds.com) that an advertisement fee is a fair and equitable charge. Joe is a very agreeable guy and throughout the purchase we felt that he was working with and for us.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
I have to put in my .02 on this service dept. I've had my truck in 5 times, and every time, the service was terrific. Once, they failed to completely fix the problem, but I was treated well, and they were very apologetic for it. The last time, I had the mandatory full day appointment scheduled (just to get my error code scanned and the computer reset for bigger tires). When I showed up to drop it off the night before, the service tech ran in and grabbed a scanner tool. He then checked the code and reset the speedo program. Took only 5 minutes, and he sent me on my way - no charge. (saved me 80-90 bucks!)

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
