From the start I had a shady salesman. Switched numbers around on the contract and last minute when it came down to signing sales papers then lets me know what financing payments will be. This salesman was a snake. No regard or respect for me and my wife. I bought a 2002 Quad cab 1500. At the end when we went to financial office we were pressured into a buying a warranty for the truck. A month later while changing my oil I realize that I have an oil leak from the rear main seal. I brought it back to Tom Matson dodge and fixed the leak, (supposedly)! When I asked for a loaner car because the had my truck for two days they told me that I would have to use a shuttle service. Unbelievable! I was very embarrassed and complicated getting to work. Four months later while changing my oil the leak has come back on the rear main seal of the oil pan. So I call Tom Matson Dodge back and tell them of the problem. I talked to Carol on the phone and she assured me that they have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on all of their work. So I bring my truck back down to get rear main seal fixed again. I left the truck at the dealership and then had to argue to get a loaner car from service advisor "Terry". Two hours later "Terry" calls me back and tells me that it is going to A 100.00 deductible because my warranty that they talked me into does not cover seals and gaskets! I asked "Terry" what does my warranty cover? He told me that he does not know. I could not believe this! I tell " Terry" that I just talked to "Carol" (service advisor) yesterday and she told me that your work is guarantied for 12 months 12,000 thousand miles. He told me "Carol" was wrong, "she made a mistake about that". HE told me they guarantee 90 days or 4,000 thousand miles. I thought this is ridiculous that their work is only guaranteed for such a short period of time. Then I asked "Terry" why I bought a warranty that does not cover anything? He told me that I have "National warranty" whatever that means? Of course I paid 116.00 dollars for work done that was supposed to be done right the first time.
Do not buy a vehicle there or get service done on your vehicle it is a waste of time and money! I have never been treated so terribly from a dealership. Save yourself headaches and money loss. Do not but vehicles there, or have service done.

Had a problem with one of the salesman, all he wanted was to close the deal, he was not concerned with me or my family, he kept saying "Even though this was America, you don't get things for free" after about 3 hours of dealing with him finally my wife ran him off by getting him so mad, then we got a new salesman that closed the deal in under 30 minutes, got all that we wanted and then more. Had the spare tire missing, is being replaced, only had 1 key, made 1 more on the spot, and when I returned made an extra, seatbelt was missing in rear driver side, had new one installed. worked out a deal to have a canopy, Line-X, and the Dodge electric running boards added. Keep up the good work and get rid of that first salesman!
This truck rocks!!!

Very hi pressure sales tactics and didn't want to talk in 'true' numbers. Tried to sell me a truck that I didn't want because it was one they had. I finally walked out and said fax your best offer to this number......not even close to reasonable.

Anthony "Tony" Metcalf is not a typical salesman, rather I've found him to be quite knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and a genuine pleasure to work with. His knowledge of Dodge as well as competing makes/models helped me to settle on a vehicle I'm confident will serve my family needs. He earned my business and I highly recommend him.
Besides Tony, I didn't have a chance to deal with anyone else except for Daniel, who is the sales manager. I spoke to Daniel over the phone before I made the 50 mile trip from Mukilteo. I received honest answers from him and was not disappointed by anything once I arrived. I found the right (used) vehicle, which is a very clean '02 Dodge Stratus SE Plus, at a price that could not be matched elsewhere. They even followed up with the promise of "VIP treatment". The most refreshing aspect was there were NO pressure tactics at all!

Salesman / Floor manager comes across as tough and a little high-pressure at first, but my wife and I appreciated that there were no games. He made us the best deal possible before we even arrived. I even checked with a friend at another dealership to verify that it was a good deal.

I spent over $ 3000.00 on repairs in two years at TOM MATSON DODGE. All minor repairs. We took our van to TOM MATSON DODGE with expectation of having new parts installed that would last at least as long as the original parts.The Radiator fan motor stopped working in 2 years and less than 10.000 miles. Charge $ 240.00 plus Labor Total $ 393.00 Plus Tax. Can buy the same part at auto parts store for $ 90.00 with LIFE TIME GUARANTEE.
The Service Manager BOB told me Quite That’s To BAD Dodge Guarantee is Only 1 Year. Called Dodge Customer Service and Carol #710 Told THE SAME. LOOKS LIKE CUSTOMER BE DAMNED.
Note: This is DC's policy and there is not much the dealership can do about it.

I have bought 6 vehicles from Tom Matson, 3 of which have been Ram Pickups (90, 93, and 99) with the Cummins Diesel. I have bought the last 4 from the same salesman so I no longer have to go through the bull that sometimes accompanies that part of the transaction. Service has also been very good, just not as good as the sales. They had a service writer that was a real pain for a while. Got so bad that I refused to deal with the individual any longer. They finally got rid of him and things are back to normal.
All warranty items (drivers seat and overhead console) were fixed the first time with no questions asked on the 99. No problems came up on the 90 and 93. Can't beat that.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Refuses to honor advertised price on billboard. When questioned told "You can leave now" by Sales Manager, Darin. Tom matson himself told me he wouldn't do business with me when it was brought to his attention. This is a contradiction to their own posted "Code of Ethics."
