I have dealt with this dealership since Dec. 1981 and have purchased 5 trucks from them. I am currently in the process of buying my new 2002 dodge ram 2500 with the 24 valve diesel engine. I have always been treated very well by everybody in the sales and service dept. I have dealt with Tim in the sales dept. Try this one on for size. Shortly after I bought my 1992 Dodge ram I was north of the area for the weekend and on my way back to MN. I could hear a clicking noise up front near the wheel. I stopped by the dealership and they found the problem to be a dry hub on the front wheel. They said they didn't have the parts, but they would take the parts off a truck in the lot so I could get back to MN. How many dealerships would do that for you?? Not many for sure. When I called RE: buying this new truck the salesman still remembered me,and I have not talked to him for a number of years. I now live in MN. so I haven't used the service dept for a while,but they are every bit as good.
