My vehicle had no less than 15 parts that needed to be replace at cost to me! Some of those parts were major issues such as pinion bearings and U-Joints. Some of the parts were more minor such as headlight and 4WD switches. There was a 3 pound Nakita flashlight sealed into the passenger door of my truck which was rattling around and no one on the inspection team noticed! I put an extra $1000 into my truck (at another dealer) just to address issues that should have been taken care of by the dealership before purchase. I can see one or two things needing repair on a used vehicle but U-JOints, Pinion Bearings, Oil Intake?? I checked my oil a week after owning the vehicle and the dipstick came out dry! Oil not checked on a routine inspection? I have indicated a poor rating for both service and sales because a sale is only as good as the service behind it. I would AVOID DODGE CITY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

After looking for a new truck for well over a month and trying dealers in the Kenosha area where I live with nothing to show for it the sales people locally did not seem to be willing to even try to make a deal. Dodge City was a breath of fresh air there sales people Mike , Kevin the internet department could not have been more helpful or professional. They did not have the Dually Diesel I wanted but found one at a deal 70 miles away and did a trade with no obligations to me before I test drove it. There pricing is amazing also Sticker price $42.410 My price just over $34,000 with all company money back . There finance person was also Helpful!!! low key not pushy and even found a $50 mistake in my favor at the last second . Could not have been Happier.

Very pleased with the sales and service. Came in at Xmas looking for a truck to my spec. Dealer couldn't find one on any lot so the assistant sales manager priced out one to order for over #3000 below invoice. No haggling. Follow up has been good. I have yet to visit the service department and hope I don't have to. One curious note, while I was talking to a salesman I mentioned how busy they were compared to other Dodge dealers in the Milwaukee area. He showed me the December sales for all Dodge dealers in Wisconsin issued by Dodge and Dodge city sold 40% more vehicles than the next biggest dealer. What's that say.
