Bought a used 2005 Ram in September. The sales dept is over ambitious to make a sale, but that's seems pretty common. With the sale I did get half off the cost of step rails, which were not in stock. Never did get a phone call to say they were in and when i scheduled the truck to have them installed it took over an hour and a half. This was a weekday morning. I could understand if they were busy or short staffed, but for most of the time I was there, there were mechanics hanging out at the advisors desk. I may go back to Dodge City.

When I purchased my 2005 Dodge Durango they when up and beyond my expectations. They did everything they could to make sure I got the right vehicle and that it makes sense. I recommend Dodgeland of Wisconsin to everyone I talked to. I did shop other Dodge dealers in the area and got some of the worst treatment imaginable.
When I return for service work they made sure that they took care of me the first time and have no complaints.

The sales department of course reels you in !!!! But the service department is completely unorganized! They won't listen to your repair request! I was very happy with my brand new 2001 Dodge Dakota quad cab.....until they refused to fix it the 4th time!
