I went in to have the rotors checked for pulsating. Said my brakes were very rusty and pads worn and needed to be replaced. I said the rotors and pads had been replaced just 20,000 miles ago. I brought my truck to another place and had the rotors turned and still within specs. I tried to use my extended warranty for my transmission clunking and because it only needed an adjustment it was not covered. They said if I would have let the trans continue to slam until it broke then it would be covered. When I got my phone call to see if I was satisfied with my service visit, I said NO! The person that someone would call back and talk to me and that never happened. While my truck was in for service I looked at a new vehicle, when the sales person called to follow up I mentioned my service visit he acted like he didn't care - he just wanted to sell a new truck.
I really like my truck and I recommend a Dodge Dakota to anyone. My next vehicle will be a Dodge. I need a five star dealer to act like a 5 star dealer, not just use the rating as a gimmick.

Every time that I have been to this dealership, they have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles, prices and services. Friendly customer service and are willing to go the extra mile to leave you feeling confident that you made the right choice. I have recommended this dealership to several of my friends and will continue to do so!

They don't listen, Or they seem to have a explanation for every problem before they look at the car, then they hold the car for two days and tell you they can't find the problem, lets see ah the engines knocking oh oh that's the noise your hearing what a bunch of B.S.
