Took '04 2500 Cummins in for oil change & tire rotation. Tire rotation was never done. These guys are completely incompetent. Good thing I didn't have them work on the brakes or anything else that would get me killed.

Every service trip I had to return the vehicle at least once after the service because of incompetence. The worst story was the new AC compressor they installed and didnt connect the drain hose properly. My entire vent system filled with water from the AC - I would accelerate and water would pour out of my heating vent on the floor. I had 1-2 inches of water standing in my truck. I took it to them, they apologized, dried the interior. Then, they gave me the car back and the carpet pad was balled up under the carpet on the passenger side floor and the lump was 6" high!!!! This was the worst story but they are simply bad news.
