I bought two new vehicles there (2005 3500 Ram truck and a 2005 Stratus). I am able to get the employee price for all Daimler Chrysler products and will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership. The closer (I cannot remember his title) was a complete ass. He started with interest rate games, actually starting at 9% interest for a new car. I have excellent credit and this was an insult. He continued with a $75 fee for dealership "compliance" issues. Eventually, we came to an agreement on interest and I bought the Stratus. I should have walked out immediately. I will continue to buy DaimlerChrysler vehicles but will never buy from Griffin Dodge in Menomonee Falls, WI again.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
Looked at a conversion van in fall of '04. Was helpful on initial phone call. Visited, and the salesman pushed very hard to get us into a test drive. Sent it out "special" to get it washed, etc. for us. Asked about specific features, such as head rests on rear bench, and he said it
was not available. As our interest started to falter, he started walking in and out of dealership leaving us with questions unanswered. As we had to start repeating questions, he said "well, if you're really not interested I don't want to spend any more time on this" and did not even want to make a simple phone call to the customizer, so we excused ourselves and left. In the time it took us to arrive home (less than 10 minutes) he had called the customizer and found out that our desired option was available, and left us a message at home to return his call. We didn't. Too much game playing, manipulation, and pressure to make a decision fast.
Recently, I used the Griffin Dodge website to schedule maintenance on my auto. I received a auto-responder follow-up to my schedule request, but no phone call to formally schedule the service. I responded to the auto-responder e-mail (as it indicated I could) and still heard nothing back after nearly 20 days.
The place seems to be run extremely erratically, w/out concern for customers.

was told there was a heater in back of Dodge Van; none after expending hours on phone; even called the people in Indiana who converted the van. Spent a lot of hours on phone trying to get heat for van; nobody available.
