Excellent service, goes the extra for the customer. I broke down 60 miles away and they arrived a little over an hour after my call to tow the car in. Cars are returned back repaired on time, and if any problems are found, they call and advise you of any additional work. Very professional service department.
Sale department has very low turn over, same sale staff who are very open and know the product. I have never been pushed by them, they allow you to make your own choice. The price quoted is the price you see on the contract, no surprises.
Owner is very involved in business and is very much customer driven.

Simple: They go out of the way to see that things are done right the first time. When the service manager stays 2 hours after closing to see that my truck is done and done right, that's service. To top it off the service manager is out washing my truck by hand.
