I thought it was a great experience! They really go out of there way for you. My family and friends will go there from now on!

The first time we went into this dealership was when they were still in the old building. we talked to Frank about a car. We were only looking, and he was nice enough to let us drive a 2002 new Chrysler Sebring convertible and also a new PT Cruiser. We loved both, and told him that we would be back if we decided to buy a new car. It was almost a year later, when I went in alone, to talk to Frank, and see what the dealership would give me for my Ford Tempo, 1994, in excellent condition, for a new or used Sebring convertible. Frank was very nice, and told me that the man who would drive my car, needed to talk to me. My car was taken out for a ride, and when the closer came to talk to me, he was rude and arrogant. He offered me 1/2 what I had just been offered the same day by another Chrysler dealership. When I told him this, he got an attitude and insisted that this was the best dealership around, and commenced to talk about how big and etc the new location is. Then because he could not persuade me to sign and buy a new car now on the spot, he got very rude. i told him I needed to talk to my husband, and he said to me "Does your husband even know you are here?" I almost fell over. Of course, my husband had asked me to look around, as he is an over the road trucker and is gone most of the week. Frank was very embarrassed. I said goodbye and never went back. If this is the way they treat their prospective customers, then I will not be one of them. I cannot remember the name of the rude man, but Frank knows. About 2 weeks later, a follow-up call was made to me asking me if I had a good experience at Hembrough, and I told her no, and why. She could not believe what was said, but she knew who I was talking about also. I am hoping that by now, this rude man is not there.
My husband and I went one more time and took a Chrysler 300 out (2004) for a drive because we are considering buying that car. We drove the car, and talked to a very nice not pushy salesman. But, we still probably will not buy from this dealership. We just happened to be in Janesville and had time to test drive the car.

Worst auto dealer I've ever visited to try to purchase a car, and I already have 3 others that I will never visit again. They wouldn't return phone calls. They kept me waiting in a sales office for long periods while they were "checking on something". On 3 separate topics I was told one thing and later told something else (bait and switch?). Wouldn't even get up to the lowest blue book value for my trade-in. They eventually said that I should "go somewhere else". I did!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
went in for warr. repair, then again for same related repair. 3x's to get rt. and sitting over 3 hrs 1 time just to do a diagnosis!!! Wanted to look at a new truck as advertised,"not available ,But this one is!!!" Salesman took my keys and wanted to get an est for my veh. Did not want to give keys back when I stated I had to pick up children as I was almost running out the door, they tried to throw a modified sales contract to me to sign for a $37,000 truck and I went there to look. Two days later guy calls my home, he states numbers , I agreed with those numbers and he comes back two hrs later stating no, and gives me numbers 25% higher then first quote!!!

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
I have only dealt with the service department and they have always gone above and beyond to help me. They have been honest with me as well. I had taken my car to 3 other places and although they pointed out other problems they could never find the problem I was there for. Hembrough was able to finally diagnose the problem as well as fix it. They did include an estimate of the other problems with recommendations as well as cost to fix them. I really appreciated it.
