Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,

About one and a half months ago, I brought my 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan SE in
for an oil change. I was told that I needed a coolant flush, power steering
flush, and transmission flush. At that time I just had the oil changed. When
they were finished, I was told that there was a leak at the transmission pan.
I asked how bad is it? The person told me that when I have the transmission
flushed, the gasket will be changed and that will take care of it. I said fine
at the next oil change, take care of it. As I was leaving, I went to turn on
my sound system, and found that who ever worked on my van had been messing around
with it, because now it did not work properly, all the pre-sets were off ( so
the mechanic that worked on my vehicle must have pressed every button on there
to try to make it work) and the volume was turned way up! I should have turned
right around and complained, but , I thought I would let it go this time. Now
this past Wednesday I was in, I had all of the above work done and an oil change.
When they were just about done, lo and behold, here comes the service guy to
tell me that I needed a new solenoid pack to resolve the leak. I said that you
told me it was the pan gasket. He said well, I guess we were wrong. You got
that right, the "new" problem would cost ANOTHER $350.00!! Also, he
informed me that some bushings were wearing and needed replacing to the tune
of $150.00. I said last time (1 1/2 months ago) they were all right. He just
shrugged his shoulders. I said no, just finish up with the vehicle, and he shook
his head and walked away. Needless to say, I will not be back. I will drive
the extra miles and go back to the mechanic I had in Sheboygan. At least when
he serviced my van, that's all he did, he did NOT mess with anything other than
what was to be serviced AND he was honest about it, he did not string me along!!
I would avoid this place like the plague!!!

Sales=Good, Service=Good,
I was disappointed that my 98 Ram 1500 needed front U-joints at 43,000 Miles.
I told them so - they agreed to call the factory and they got them to cover
all but $100.00 of the repair and they replaced a leaking passenger side axle
seal during the repair on U-joints for no additional $. Much appreciated.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Took my 98' Ram 1500 in for simple warranty work, and they try charging me almost
$200.00. They fixed my original problem, but now I have to take it to Homan
Auto in Waupun, WI, to have them fix what Holiday Dodge broke.
