I purchased a new 2002 Ram Cummins TD 4x4 at Iowa County Chrysler and they definitely went the extra mile to satisfy my needs. Before going here I had gone on vacation to Wyoming. I stopped at every Dodge dealer I had a chance to, and I priced the truck I wanted. I was ready to buy at any dealer if the price was right and the atmosphere was friendly. I checked at least 30-40 dealers between Wisconsin and Wyoming and on the internet: I found a few decent deals. I was working near Iowa County Chrysler one day and went inside after work, my first visit ever here. From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted and treated with respect. I told them what I wanted and the best deal I had found and they instantly beat it by over $3000. I did not feel the need to haggle. I live 60 miles from this dealer so I gave two of my more local dealers a chance to match or beat the Iowa County deal, and they pretty much laughed. Needless to say I had the truck. Within 2 days from my first ever visit to Iowa County. The sales and financing people were superb there. I returned months later for service on an axle seal and waited no longer than an hour, without an appointment, to get it fixed. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this dealer to everyone. Iowa County Chrysler is by far the best Dodge dealer I have ever dealt with, and they will be seeing all of my future business; sales or service.
