Purchased a new 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Feb 2005 and was promised roof rails and cargo cover with nothing more than a hand shake. I won't give the salesmans name, but his initials are M.W. I inquired about my promised accessories numerous times and the salesman did nothing except give me total lies such as...parts department has them on order, or I'm waiting for a used set to give you. My last visit, he told me not to call again, that he would call me. That was back in July 2006. I've yet to hear a thing. It used to mean something when you shook hands on a deal. My experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth in regards to Dave Marston Motors in Minocqua. I will NEVER have dealings with them again and I WILL spread the word. Have a great day MIKE WOOLF!!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, High pressure sales tactics. The service department lied about work done and made guarantees that they did not back up. They caused more problems than they solved. The body shop did substandard work with substandard parts.
