I to ok my 2003 dodge 3500 dually in for an oil change and a rear end fluid change. they
check it out and said it need $3300 in work bad brakes bad u-joints bad tie rods which
with 53000 miles on the truck I have had no wonder of any other sign of trouble and the
big thing that sent up a flag was that 9 months and under 2000 miles ago they did the same
tests and founds everything in perfect condition. My truck is used like a car no pulling
in that time and never powered or even off road so how can a heavy duty truck go from having
not one problem to having bad brakes bad steering and bad u-joints in 2000 miles . I will never
deal with them again and I am 100% sure that this was just a way to try and get me to buy a new
truck or to by insurance and they offered me an extended warranty . Go there if you must but be
take what they tell you with one eye on your check book. Bob

Our Ram blew it's head gasket on the day before New year's (which was a Saturday) and even though they were open and had techs on site, they were all busy doing oil changes and couldn't be spared. We were from out of town and had no other transportation. They sent us to a rental agency which made Ugly Ducking rentals look like limos! (found out later, the rental owner is the service dealer's best friend!) My son let us use his car to return to MI, but it took over a week for them to repair the head gasket! Sad sad place.....5 star? Define what 5 star is - - certainly not like any other Dodge dealer we have done business with! Their rating should be revoked! Palmen Motors does not deserve the Chrysler nameplate. They are nothing short of crooks.

Good deal from from a good dealer ! 3rd truck bought, always treated right !

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
There is absolutely no "service after the sale" at this dealership. Multiple returns to the service department for same problem result in being told you are a "problem customer." Even though they are rated a "Five Star Dealer", don't believe it. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
