Order parts and tell you they will be there. When I called to see if the parts have come in, I get no for the answer. Then I was told they would be in the next day, when I called again to see if the parts have come in yet, I was told no. Possibly the next day. I called the next day, and no answer. I then called monday morning 3/22/2004 approx. 10:15 A.M. . I asked for parts dept. , when I asked if the parts were there yet, I was told they would call me back. A few min. later they called me back and said the parts WERE NOT THERE,BECAUSE THEIR ORDER WAS CANCELED BY SOMEONE THERE IN THE OFFICE. Maybe it is due to the dealership was moving to the next town, if so they should not cancel someone's order when all their deliveries were going to their new location.
This dealership is not a trust worthy business as far as I'm concerned. Some of the employees just seem not to know what they are doing.
