After spotting the car I wanted on the internet, I called up Wilde and they said that the car was there, when I arrived there I was shocked to find out that they car was sold, in fact it was sold 3 days ago. After talking with them they told me that the deal was sour and that the car would be up for sale the next morning. So we talked about price, after dealing with them this one night I walked away feeling good about the deal I will get and about how they handled me as a customer. The only thing left to do before getting my car was for them to run my credit report, get me approved for a loan and have me sign the final papers, since it was past 9 that night, they told me they would do it in the morning. They told me they would call me the next day, well they did and they told me that I needed a co signer (not surprising, since I’m only 19) they said they would call me back then with more info on the car. Then 30min later another person called and told me that the deposit was returned to the person who originally wanted the car, so the car was ready for me to come sign on, I was like "great", so I went in a hour later and they told me, oops, they already sold it, I was kinda mad, they said they were sorry, but honestly, dealerships don't care, its money going to them either way, now the u/c manager came to me and said he'll have a couple more cars come in tomorrow, and that he will call me tomorrow, well he never did, in fact I called him, left a message but he never returned the call. Later that night, my original sales rep called and said that this new deal with the car is sour and it'll be up for sale again within the hour, well he never called back even after he said he would, this dealer ship is shady, i would never deal with them again.

Dealership went out of there way for me. I will be back to buy a new truck from them. Great to work with from ordering to warranty problems. Service manager has done everything to take care of my steering problems. Worked on the truck several times until the problem was solved with no flack. Always had a loaner vehicle when my truck was in their shop. Parts dept. is excellent also.
