After six weeks and no delivery and they could tell me NOTHING about the status of my order, I canceled the order even though he had given me a good price. I bought the Dakota somewhere else. This year, because he quoted the best price I ordered a Ram. I was armed with how to track an order from this web site. Again, this year Jules could tell me NOTHING about either my order or about a Ram that I didn't know from the internet. Dealership gets Good because of price but don't go there expecting them (Jules anyway) to help you.

Sales=Good, Service=Good,   To get a problem fixed such as steering box it took me 5 times it was wandering The truck sounds like the water pump was bad and the dealer said they can't find anything wrong so we took it to Cummins and they said the air pump and p/s pump were bad(they replaced them). this truck vibrates through the engine, turbo, clutch, gear shift, and accel. and the interior noise is bad and they say they don't know what is wrong!
