Sales dept. is about as organized as a town a tornado just ripped through. I bought my vehicle with a pre=approved credit line,it was an in-stock vehicle, but the paperwork still took 3 hours and I took delivery 5 days later. The service dept. is worse than the sales. I felt like a piece of raw meet hung on the inside of a lions den. The service manager Kevin Valincourt tries to get into the pants or skirt of every female customer there. I reported him for harassment to the owner Bill Minsker but was told "boys will be boys" their service staff are untrained and don't care about peoples vehicles. The last time I was there,they told me there was nothing wrong with the engine,and the noise I was hearing was nothing to worry about,well after spending an hour cleaning the greasy footprints they left on my floor mats, I took it to H & M Motors in Weston. The technician there. Jack Garvin, told me it sounded like a bad bearing of the timing belt. He set me up an appointment for the next day, had the work done in 3 hours, and the inside was spotless. At the same time he fixed a transmission line that was leaking, but never found by the Auto Mall. But if you liked getting screwed over and treated like dirt, by all means go to Buckhannon Auto Mall. But if you want friendly,courteous,fast, reliable service go to H&M Motors in Weston.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Good, The sales staff isn't educated about the vehicles they are selling, provided you can actually get a salesperson to talk to you. Test driving a vehicle is like asking for a the salesperson for blood of their first born. Once you get the keys and drive the vehicle (all in all it took about an hour), then you have the fortune of sitting for 1 1/2 hours waiting for them to get the paperwork together, and I didn't finance the truck. I can just imagine how long it would take for financing. I love my Ram 2500HD. I will trade it in on another Ram. It won't be at the Buckhannon Auto Mall.
