My husband and I went to this dealership to buy a Dodge Hemi with a Ford trade-in.
The trade-in value for the Ford was a plus, unlike others dealers, H & M
didn't try to undercut the value. We were given a fantastic deal on a Dodge
Hemi 4X4- loaded with options. The truck was so awesome. We moved to Arizona,
and experienced some problems with the truck- it was so nice, someone else wanted
it. They stole it. When I called the dealership, the salesman (Bucky) remembered
not only my name, but the vehicle I purchased almost a year ago. The office
manager (Jean) went out of her way to assist us with paperwork resulting from
some jerk stealing our beautiful truck. Moral of the story- buy from H &
M Motors- as they are terrific, and don't move to Arizona - vehicle theft capital
of the United States.
Let's work together to stop vehicle theft.

This dodge dealer really tried to stick it to me. I was on my way to Florida
and my '96 dodge pickup broke down. My catalytic converter was clogged. The
Weston dodge dealer told me they had to order the part and it would be a couple
of days. Well, this was after I was already there for two nights and I was starting
to get pissed off. First they told me the job would cost me $600.00, and they
would order the part from Ohio. The manager told me he would do whatever he
could to get me back on the road. I was suppose to start my new job in Florida
Tuesday and I did not get back on the road until Wednesday,I left New York Sunday.
So, I had spent three nights in WV., for nothing. The problem was, they had
a universal converter the whole time, but they wanted me to pay, and wait for
the dodge part from Ohio. So, the manager lied to me when he told me he would
do whatever it takes to get me on the road. He did not do whatever he could
and he lied to me! I rented a car, and went down to the dodge dealer from the
hotel, the third day. I told the manager I was going to tow the truck to a guy
that does muffler work down the road. After I told him this, my truck was in
the dodge garage and fixed within a hour. Now why couldn't that have been done
Monday morning???? The price for the job cost me $230.00, not $600.00 like he
originally told me. It also cost me $150.00 for the hotel. Well I sure learned
my lesson, and I will get a hold of Chrysler/Dodge and demand my money back
for the hotel room. They tried to scam me out of $600.00 and I would have stayed
there the whole week in the Super 8. What right does he have to try and scam
me like that???? Everyone beware of the Dodge dealer in Weston WV. They will
try to take you!!!!
