Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I was searching for a particular truck and Urse dodge said they do not have that truck on their lot, but found this particular truck at a Dodge Dealership in PA. I signed the paperwork (including the loan) and added insurance anticipating my truck would be delivered in "2-3 days". Two days after visiting Urse they contacted me that my truck in PA had been sold. Someone was driving a truck in PA with my insurance covering it. They then stated they would order me a truck, just like the one that was sold, I agreed. I demanded they compensate this hassle by taking $500.00 off the sticker price, after much negotiating, they agreed. They said my truck would arrive in 4-6 weeks and would keep me informed the whole time. Eight weeks after no truck and no phone calls, I contacted them and they gave me a specific date that my truck would be delivered. I made arrangements to drive the 2 hour trip to pick the truck up on that day. Well that date came and went. I finally ! received my truck nine weeks and one day later. Finally, my truck arrived. After reviewing the paperwork, they didn't take my $500.00 off and had no plans to. After speaking to the manager and discovering the manager that I dealt with "no longer works here" and they had no paperwork stating about the $500.00 discount, I finally showed them my copy they had given me with the $500.00 discount and they stated they would "send me a check". I am very happy with my dodge truck but very, very, disappointed with the sales at Urse Dodge, Inc.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Fair,
Took my 2000 Dodge Ram in for service for a noise in the front end back in late 2001. Was told they didn't hear a noise but they would check it out. Once they found the noise then was told parts would be ordered and they would call me when they came in. After waiting 3 wks. I called to find out if they had the part. They had no idea what I was talking about. I then had to take the truck back in again (for them to listen for the noise). Took approx. 10 visits before I finally got a service man to sit under the hood while I drove it and then he found it. They did fix the problem. My problem with them is ....They would not give me a loaner vehicle while they took there time to find the problem. Several days my truck sat at this dealer with them doing nothing. They would just say....we will order parts and then call you. They never did call.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
They gave me a very good deal on my truck. Sales staff was not pushy and salesman recalls me when I come in for service. Had trouble with the steering box and cruise control cable that took three tries by the service department to fix, but they gave me a loaner car each time it had to stay overnight.
