This place is awesome!!!I have bought multiple trucks and always received the best service!!! All the Tim's are great, Roy Disenso is the best manager I have ever known. Dennis Cauley is a man of his word. Service is the best in the country. I would highly recommend this dealership.

They love to overprice things and services. They need to look at their service books again. It does not take two hours to change out spark plugs!!!! (Actually, 2 hours is reasonable when you figure setup time and that some engines have the plugs buried deeply under other stuff. Dave F.)

Bought a 2005 durango. Biggest piece of junk EVER. $45,000 and they treat me like I am the dirt the walk on. Have had nothing but problems with the heating/cooling system. They always claim there is "nothing" wrong with the car. They have kept the car for weeks on end, and I drove by daily, and the car was NEVER MOVED!!!! Complained to the owner, Dennis Cauley and his response was basically, "if you don't like it, too bad" (paraphrased).  I will never buy anything form these deadbeats!!! Go to Ft Collins asap!!! Never ever ever ever again.

Purchased a used truck. Great deal low price, great experience. Mel was awesome. Service of the used vehicle is another story. They didn't seem to want to fix anything with out wanting an swiss bank acct. #. Traded this used truck in for an upgrade to a new vehicle. They were willing to give us almost as much for the truck as what we paid "good deal" then told us the new truck was the least expensive truck on the lot. (they had 5 others at the time that were at least $2,000 less in price) but it didn't matter much since we had our hearts set on this ride. After all was said and done, the "best financing they could do for us" was 13%. OUCH!!!, we will soon re-finance! If I hadn't needed a bigger rig, I would have dealt with another dealer or went out of state. Thought this experience would be as good as the last one. Don't buy a new truck from these guys. Have a problem with the ignition switch (after taking the key out, i get the "ding, ding, ding" for about 10 seconds and the radio stays on). This problem was reported to the service dept. every time I have brought it in for service since about 1500 miles on the new rig. every time I mention it, the service person I speak with asks "does the steering bind?" I tell him/her "no". The response is every time: "well, I wouldn't worry about it unless the steering binds or the chime gets worse." HELLO GUYS????? something is not right. I now have 18,000 miles on this truck and they still have not fixed it or even looked into it. THANKS. Needless to say, I no longer take it there to have service done.
and the parts dept? well, I have a good friend who used to live in this town, and had them service his truck. He told me to check into an air filter he purchased from them. supposedly it did good things for his rig. When I asked the guy at the counter about the filter, he denied ever selling anything like that or providing such things. "we only use mopar authorized parts". I told him the gentleman's name and the person who put the filter in his truck and was told "well I don't know anything about that, we don't do that here, sorry". so to sum it all up, I will never deal with this dealer, service, or parts again. I know they are in the business to make money, but come on, does it have to hurt this much??? and I know, free enterprise and all what ever. I should have went to colorado or somewhere else. hope this helps someone avoid giving their life savings to denis and all the other money hungry people who work for denis at cowboy dodge in cheyenne wyoming.
I love my truck, wouldn't trade it off for anything else in the world but geeze, did it have to hurt so much to get it?? Submitted by: Aaron       0mikeaaron_1999 [a] yahoo.com

I was looking for a vehicle and all of the other dealerships in town were giving me the run around and take weeks to do it. I went to Cowboy Dodge and spoke with the Sales person that my family normally works with and he showed me a couple of vehicles on the lot that I might be interested in. I took one for a test drive while he spoke with the sales manager about my options. We told the sales manager what we were looking for, and he asked for a little time to see what he could find for us. This was at 5:00 pm. The next day before 12 noon, he was calling us to see if we wanted to get into the vehicle that we had found, in the payment range that we were looking for. I got great service and I would recommend more people go to them.

If you ever need service please don't go here. I have no experience with the sales dept. at all. After taking in my Y2K 2500 ~5 times for the same problem they said "We don't want to see you here again." I couldn't believe it!

Wanted to buy a vehicle, and spoke with Mel. Very nice guy, but never got any follow up. They don't act like they want to sell a vehicle. I came in three times over 2 weeks to look, but never left feeling they were interested in taking my money. Too bad, finally went to Ft. Collins to buy.

Over one years time we brought our truck in for the same problem more than 15 times. We finally drove more than 70 miles to go to a 5-star dealer where we were finally taken care of. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!
