We have had door lock problems with our 300M(two have gone bad in four years
of owning the car) and have had problems every time we go in. They have a habit
of making appointments and then when you get in there they say they do not have
the parts! They know a week, at least, in
advance you are coming in and exactly what part they need and they still told
us they did not have the part. Then we are told they can just disconnect it
and were wrong, but wanted us to pay for the service work anyway. We came back
in on the date they gave us to replace the part and they had sold
the part to someone else and did not have a part for us on our appointment time.
We will not use this dealer or purchase Dodge/Chrysler products again. Our new
truck was not a very good product either. We just traded that one off for a
new F100 Ford.

Avoid Like the Plague! = Bait and switch tactics, incompetence. Would not return!Agreed
upon a price for truck with salesman and his manager. Returned to finish deal,
different manager would not honor previous agreed upon deal. Tried adding extra
costs. Lost my business.
