THIS BULLETIN SUPERSEDES TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 23-008-04, DATED
MARCH 2 2004, WHICH SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM YOUR FILES. REVISIONS
INCLUDE THE ADDITION OF 2005 MODEL YEAR AND REVISED PARTS.
Models: 2004 - 2005 (DR/DH) Ram Truck
Overview:
This bulletin involves replacing the secondary door seal with an improved seal.
Symptom/Condition:
The drip rail or secondary door seal may become torn from contact with the lower
“A” pillar of
the front door.
Diagnosis:
Inspect the secondary door seal. If the seal is torn, perform the
Repair Procedure.

Repair Procedure:
| 1. | Remove the secondary seal from the retainer (Fig. 1). |
| 2. | Install the new seal using the appropriate seal listed in the Parts Required
section above. |
