Overview:
This bulletin involves installing clips to the headlamp to fascia seal.
Symptom/Condition:
Headlamp to fascia seal comes loose at high speeds.
Diagnosis:
If the seal(s) between the headlamp and fascia is loose/separated
from the fascia, perform
the Repair Procedure.
Parts Required:

Repair Procedure:
| 1. | Use the procedures outlined in TechCONNECT 13 - Frame & Bumpers/Bumpers/Front Fascia/Removal/Fascia-Front SRT10 to remove the front fascia. |
| 2. | RPut the headlamp seal back into place on fascia, (Fig. 1). |
| 3. | Install 5 speed clips, p/n 06036179AA, 1 at each end of the seal and 3
equally spaced between the end clips along the headlamp seal and fascia, (Fig. 1) and(Fig. 2). |
| 4. | Repeat step 3 for the seal on the other side of the fascia. |
| 5. | Use the procedures outlined in TechCONNECT 13 - Frame & Bumpers/Bumpers/Front Fascia/Installation/Fascia-Front SRT10 to install the front fascia. |
